Need to reschedule due to weather?

When you need to alert several members at once with an important announcement, like you want to remind them to bring a certain item, or the weather's bad and you need to reschedule events, you can use PerfectMIND to notify your members by text or voice message. You can also use this feature to send a friendly reminder to a l to attend their first session.

Simply record a voice broadcast using your phone, or you can upload a pre-recorded message. Any new voice messages you record are saved for future use.

How do you access the saved messages?

Hello Chad, To check all the Broadcast messages sent, you can go on View Reports >> Marketing Folder >> Broadcast Recipients. You can select from and to date and you would get to see the message content. Hope this answers your question. Thanks Pat
